Going into February, I didn’t have any plans to buy books. However, two oportunities came up to purchsed used books extremely cheaply, so I couldn’t pass that up. Between a used book sale and my local library restocking their for sale self, I found myself bringing home a moderate-sized stack of books. My February 2026 Book Haul shows the books I recently added to my TBR. The post may contain affiliate links. For my February 2026 TBR, I am continuing to play catch-up with some manga series, tackling a highly anticipated game-related novel, tossing in some non-fiction for good measure, and of course, adding in a few library books as well. Most of this TBR will help reduce the size of my TBR, while also continuing to utilize my library. There are quite a few books listed for the month; however, since most of them are manga, I feel confident that I will be able to get to all of them. December was a surprisingly productive reading month. I went into it with low expectations, and yet found myself picking up book after amazing book. A new year has arrived, and that means a new opportunity to dive into my unread books and see what calls to me. Every month, I do my best to create a TBR that appeals to my desire to read a little bit of everything. My January 2026 TBR is full of sequels and will help to continue to reduce the size of my overall TBR. Of course, along the way, I will acquire various library books which will be pushed to the top of my reading list. So far, I only have one library book lined up for January, but that could change asRead More →

The final month of 2025 is upon us, and that means it’s time for the final round of goals for the year. Honestly, I don’t know where the year went, and I know there was a lot I had hoped to accomplish but didn’t. That’s how life goes sometimes. December tends to be jam-packed with fun and chaos due to the holidays and trying to finish projects before the year ends. Before I get to my December 2025 Goals, I’d like to go over how I did with November’s goals. November Review November was a good month, and while I didn’t have a lot ofRead More →

Seven years have passed since I made the decision to clear out my huge TBR. Over the years, I have made a decent amount of progress, and I will continue this process until I have read all of my books. Withou further ado, let’s go over my TBR update: year seven and see how it’s looking. TBR update: year seven Rumiko Takahashi Shelf Takahashi is one of my favorite mangakas, and because I have so many of her books, I have an entire shelf dedicated to her. The bottom shelf is random notebooks and other bits. And now with the unread books removed. There isn’tRead More →

November is here, and we are quickly approaching the end of the year. There is a decent amount that I need to get done this month, and because of that, my goals list will be on the smaller side. Before we get to my November 2025 goals, I want to take a moment and share how I did with October’s goals. October Review October was a fantastic month. I planned to dedicate the month to fun, and that’s exactly what happened. I didn’t have a plan most days; I simply did what I wanted. This may become a yearly event. Read 5 books That andRead More →
